Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions to Atom Labs sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Poland (“Unfollr”, “we”, “us”) for www.unfollr.com and app.unfollr.com (the “Service”).

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf in line with the Paddle Refund Policy. The rights described below are in addition to the protections Paddle provides to all buyers and to your statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

Note on scope: the public website at www.unfollr.com is free to use and there is nothing to refund there. Paid subscriptions currently apply only inside the App at app.unfollr.com (Instagram tracking). X/Twitter tracking inside the App is planned for the future and, when launched, will fall under this same Refund Policy.

2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services contract within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as transposed into Polish law (the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@unfollr.com with the subject “Withdrawal Request”, or submit your request directly to Paddle using the link in your purchase receipt. For valid withdrawal requests, the full transaction amount will be reimbursed within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Unfollr account settings or the Paddle billing portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals — your card will not be charged again at the next renewal date.
  • You retain access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund for a transaction within 14 days of the transaction date if you submit a request through Paddle. Whether such a refund is granted is determined by Paddle in line with the Paddle Refund Policy linked in Section 1.

4. Non-Conforming or Faulty Service

If the Service is non-conforming (for example, because a paid feature does not work as described), EU consumers have rights under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including:

  • The right to have the non-conformity remedied (for example, by us fixing the bug);
  • If remedy is impossible or fails, the right to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

These rights are in addition to, and not limited by, this Policy. To exercise them, contact us at hello@unfollr.com with a description of the issue.

5. Free Trials

If you are on a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. A trial counts as full 24-hour periods, not calendar days: a 3-day trial means 72 consecutive hours from the moment the trial starts. You can cancel before the trial ends from your account settings or the Paddle billing portal to avoid being charged.

You are responsible for cancelling before the trial converts. We may, as a courtesy, send reminder emails shortly before a trial converts and shortly before each renewal.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve it directly, and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us or with Paddle may result in suspension of your account pending investigation, and we may dispute chargebacks that we believe were initiated in bad faith.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or exercise the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, send an email to hello@unfollr.com from the email address associated with your Unfollr account, or submit your request directly to Paddle using the link in your purchase receipt. Please include:

  • Your full name and account email
  • The order or transaction reference (visible on your Paddle receipt)
  • A short description of the reason for your request

We respond to requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
