Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Paddle billing portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Pro and Pro Plus include a 3-day free trial. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. If you don’t cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the price shown.
Do you offer refunds?
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. We also issue discretionary refunds for accidental purchases and unintended renewals — see the policy for details.
Is X/Twitter tracking included?
The X/Twitter tools on this website (unfollr.com) are free to use and don’t require an account. X/Twitter tracking inside the app is on the roadmap and will be added to existing plans without an extra charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paddle handles checkout and supports major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and a range of local payment methods depending on your country.
