How to get your Instagram data export
- In the Instagram app, go to Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
- Choose Some of your information and select only Followers and following.
- Pick Download to device, then set Date range to All time and Format to JSON. Choosing All time matters — a shorter range gives you an incomplete follower list and wrong results.
- Request it. Instagram emails you a .zip when it's ready (usually minutes to a couple of hours).
- Come back here and upload that .zip — everything is processed in your browser.
